These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of petaureli.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from PetAureli Studio (“PetAureli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is operated by Aureli Global Pet Creative Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

PetAureli Studio is the customer-facing brand operated by
Aureli Global Pet Creative Limited, a company registered in
Hong Kong. PetAureli Studio creates personalized pet artwork and custom-made
physical products based on photographs and information provided by customers.
Our products are individually created for each customer and may involve
hand-painted, handcrafted, layered acrylic, printed, assembled, or other
artistic production processes.
About PetAureli Studio
Made especially for you.
Because many PetAureli pieces are personalized and made to order,
certain cancellation, return, and refund rules differ from those
that apply to standard non-customized retail products.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in
your jurisdiction to place an order through our Site.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- you have the right to submit any photographs, images, names, text, or other materials provided to us; and
- your use of our Site and services does not violate applicable law.

Most PetAureli products are created specifically for you using the
pet photograph, customization details, product size, style, and
other information submitted with your order.
Custom products may not be identical to digital previews, website
photographs, sample images, or other completed artworks.
Small differences in color, brushwork, texture, positioning, line
detail, layering, transparency, depth, surface finish, or other
handmade characteristics are natural features of personalized
artwork and are not normally considered defects.
Custom & Personalized Products

You are responsible for providing clear, suitable photographs and
accurate customization information.
By uploading or sending a photograph, image, name, text, or other
material to PetAureli, you confirm that you own the material or
otherwise have sufficient rights and permission to authorize us to use it.
You grant PetAureli a limited license to use submitted materials only
as reasonably necessary to:

- create your custom artwork;
- manufacture your product;
- perform quality control; and
- fulfill and support your order.

The final quality of a custom portrait depends in part on the
quality of the photograph supplied by the customer.
We recommend photographs that are:

- clear and in focus;
- well lit;
- high enough in resolution to show important facial and fur details;
- not heavily filtered;
- not excessively cropped; and
- representative of the pet’s natural appearance.

After you submit an order, you may receive an automated order
confirmation email. This confirms that we have received the order
but does not necessarily mean that production has begun.
An order may be reviewed for:
Order Acceptance
- successful payment;
- photograph quality;
- customization details;
- product availability;
- shipping eligibility;
- suspected fraud or payment risk; and
- technical or production feasibility.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins
unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Payments for purchases made through the Site are collected by
Aureli Global Pet Creative Limited and may be securely
processed by one or more third-party payment service providers available
at checkout. Depending on availability, these may include
Airwallex, PayPal, Stripe, or other supported payment partners.
Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the applicable
payment provider’s own terms, privacy policies, authentication
requirements, and authorization procedures.
We do not control payment authorization decisions made by
third-party payment providers.

Production begins after we have received the information,
photographs, approvals, and payment required to proceed.
Production times shown on the Site are estimates unless expressly
stated otherwise.
Production time may vary depending on:

- order volume;
- artwork complexity;
- photograph quality;
- requested revisions;
- material availability;
- quality-control requirements; and
- holidays or exceptional circumstances.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as
possible at support@petaureli.com.
Before production begins, we will make reasonable efforts to
accommodate requested changes or cancellations.
Once design, painting, printing, engraving, fabrication, assembly,
or another personalized production process has started, changes
may no longer be possible and cancellation may be restricted.

Personalized order notice
Because custom products are made specifically for an individual
customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return
simply because the customer changes their mind after production
has begun. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where we provide a digital proof, preview, mock-up, composition,
or other approval step, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.
Approval may include confirmation of:

- pet identity;
- spelling;
- names or text;
- layout and crop;
- orientation;
- product size; and
- requested custom details.

Product photographs and digital previews are provided for illustration.
Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s monitor,
mobile device, browser, lighting conditions, photography, and display settings.
Handmade and layered products may show natural variations in:

- transparency and depth;
- texture and surface finish;
- alignment;
- brushwork; and
- other handcrafted details.

We currently ship only to destinations made available during checkout.
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges,
if any, will be displayed where available.
Our complimentary tracked shipping offer applies only where shown
as available during checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. International delivery may be affected by:

- customs processing;
- carrier delays;
- weather;
- public holidays;
- security inspections;
- remote-area delivery;
- local postal conditions; and
- events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a delayed, returned,
lost, or misdelivered parcel, additional shipping charges may apply
before we resend the order.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot
guarantee that an address can be changed after a parcel has entered
the shipping network.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import
taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, or other local fees depending on
the destination and applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are
the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary by country. Customers should check local
requirements before ordering if they are unsure.

Please inspect your package promptly after delivery.
If your item arrives materially damaged, defective, or incorrect,
contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

- photographs of the shipping package;
- photographs of the damaged or incorrect item; and
- any other information reasonably requested to investigate the issue.

Because many PetAureli products are customized, personalized, or
made specifically for the customer, they may not qualify for
standard change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
We will work with customers where an order is:

- materially defective;
- materially damaged in transit;
- significantly different from the confirmed order; or
- incorrect due to an error by PetAureli.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including logos,
brand elements, text, graphics, page design, product presentation,
photographs, illustrations, artwork samples, and other materials
created by PetAureli, are owned by or licensed to PetAureli and
are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, sell, commercially
exploit, or create derivative works from our Site content without
our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Ownership of your original pet photograph remains with its lawful owner.
Purchasing a custom artwork does not automatically transfer copyright
in PetAureli’s original artistic work, design, production files,
templates, or creative process unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

We do not assume unrestricted ownership of customer photographs.
Where permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy, we may
ask for permission to photograph or display completed PetAureli
artwork for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or
promotional purposes.
Where specific consent is required, we will seek that consent
before using personally identifiable customer materials for promotional purposes.
Portfolio & Promotional Use

We may update product designs, materials, dimensions, packaging,
pricing, promotions, or availability from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product
information are accurate.
If we discover an obvious pricing, description, or technical error
before fulfilling an order, we may contact you to correct the order
or cancel it and issue an applicable refund.
Product Availability & Pricing

Promotional codes may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates,
minimum purchase values, product restrictions, geographic restrictions,
or usage limits.
Unless stated otherwise:
Promotions & Discount Codes
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotional codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- expired codes will not be accepted; and
- promotions may be withdrawn or modified where permitted by law.

You may be able to create a customer account on our Site.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to
protect customers, our Site, payment systems, or other users.

We try to keep the Site available and accurate but cannot guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily suspend, update, modify, or discontinue parts
of the Site for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.

services such as payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics
services, social platforms, or other websites.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security,
or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
Use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms

- violate any applicable law;
- infringe another person’s rights;
- submit malicious code;
- interfere with Site security;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- conduct fraudulent transactions;
- abuse payment, refund, coupon, or promotional systems; or
- scrape, copy, or exploit Site content in an unauthorized manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetAureli will
not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or purely economic losses arising from use of the Site or purchase
of products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer
right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability relating to
a particular order will generally not exceed the amount paid for
the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances
outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe
weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, customs
disruption, transportation interruption, carrier failure, labor
disputes, power failures, internet outages, or supply-chain disruption.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our
Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that your personal information
may be processed as described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory
consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
If any provision in these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable
consumer protection law that applies to your purchase, the
mandatory law will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

These Terms & Conditions and any transaction, purchase, or contractual
relationship arising through the Site shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
PetAureli Studio is operated by Aureli Global Pet Creative Limited,
a company registered in Hong Kong.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the
customer’s country or region, any dispute arising out of or in connection
with these Terms, the Site, or a purchase made through the Site shall be
subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or deprive a consumer
of any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised

The Terms in effect when you place your order will generally apply
