Your original pet photograph Submitting a photograph for an order does not automatically give PetAureli unrestricted permission to publish that original photograph for advertising or social-media purposes.

Artwork, Portfolio & Promotional Permission

We love celebrating the meaningful pieces created for our customers. However, using materials to fulfill your order is separate from using them publicly for promotional purposes. Where consent is required, we will ask for your permission before featuring your finished PetAureli artwork or finished-product photography in places such as:

our website and online portfolio;
PetAureli social-media accounts;
digital advertising;
email marketing;
editorial or promotional materials; and
other PetAureli brand communications.

Unless you specifically authorize otherwise, we do not publicly display your full name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, billing address, order number, or other directly identifying customer information together with the artwork. If you previously gave promotional permission and later wish to withdraw it, contact support@petaureli.com. We will stop future promotional use where reasonably possible, subject to applicable law and materials that may already have been lawfully published, printed, distributed, archived, or incorporated into completed campaigns.
